So, I've been doing this for a long time (15+ years) and worked with some pretty great people.
Hi, I'm Christian and I've worked on everything a designer can from exhibitions, packaging design, editorial, UI/UX, motion… the list goes on, and on, and on, and… (you get the idea).
I like to work with ambitious people on good things and create relationships that grow to inspire the outcomes that breathe life into a project. Creativity flows throughout all projects expelling the mundane - after all, no one wants dull, bland results. That extra bit-of thought helps get the content out to thrive and draw attention.
I aim to fill your projects with brilliance while minimising the bloat (the complication) to you. And if you need an extra pair of hands on a project, I got you covered. Communication is uncluttered and direct with me throughout all projects.
If you have creative block get in touch or check out how I can help below.
Here is a short overview of what I do.
I use the Webflow platform to design and build websites. This gives brilliant flexibility on how UI/UX works and control over the content.
I’ll create illustrations to help develop your narrative needs and enhance your content.
Motion grabs attention, especially on social media. It can pull in viewers attention more than still imagery and typography can (and it’s a lot more fun).
Branding, Brand overhaul, Campaigns, Annual reports, Exhibitions, Infographics - pretty much anything that needs that creative flair.
Like everything in life there is no one size fits all but this is my approach to medium / large projects (the BIDD).
Here is where I squirrel away doing research pertinent to the briefs goals. I’ll look at trends, competitors and dig deep into the ideas to create A and B options to present to you.
Now you’ve seen the ideas and chosen a direction, but you have a few changes. I’ll push forward amending the chosen direction to give you exactly what you want (if it isn't already perfect that is).
It’s done, now what? Well if its digital I’ll hand over all the files you'll need. And if you need something produced i'll provide you with a quote for it (everything from print to NFTs).
Together we’ll set a brief (if you don’t have one) to outline the projects scope and develop a framework moving forward.
But what if I don’t like any of the ideas, am I stuck? This hasn’t happened (touch-wood) but I’m sure this is at the back of the minds of people who get given a blanket quote. To give you peace of mind I break down the cost to 3 stages: Ideas - Development - Delivery. If you do feel like the work just isn’t right we can stop at any of these markers and end the project. You’ll only pay up to the stage you’re at and won’t end up paying the full quote.
